In the final quarter of 2020, the shooter games category on Android in the United Kingdom demonstrated varied performance trends across the top five games. Data from Sensor Tower offers a closer look at how each game fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

PUBG MOBILE saw a fluctuating revenue trend, starting at around $90K in the last week of September and dipping to approximately $62K by mid-December. Downloads for the game started at 8K and peaked at around 9K in late December, while weekly active users showed a slight decrease from 139K to 127K over the quarter.

Moving on to Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2, revenue began at about $53K, with a notable spike to $94K in early November before settling at $66K by year-end. Downloads surged to 20K in mid-October but later normalized to 12K in December. The game experienced an increase in weekly active users from 129K to 160K in late December.

Free Fire: The Chaos showed a steady increase in revenue from $14K to $30K during the quarter. Downloads also saw an uptick from 2K to 4K, aligning with a rise in weekly active users from 88K to 105K.

For War Robots Multiplayer Battles, the revenue trend was relatively stable, starting at $25K and ending at $21K. Downloads remained steady with a slight increase from 2K to around 2.4K towards the end of December. Weekly active users experienced a modest increase from 16K to nearly 15K.

Lastly, World of Tanks Blitz - PVP MMO revenue saw a mid-quarter peak at $19K, with a slight decline to $19K by the close of December. Downloads showed a decrease from 3.5K to 2.1K, whereas weekly active users dropped from 14K to 12.5K.
